If you are organising a show in which Bob is to perform you need to supply the venue ideally a hall or theatre with a stage or platform for the performance, a parking space close to the entrance for ease of unloading and the audience. If the venue does not have its own PA system, Bob can bring his own. The equipment consists of speakers, piano keyboard (for some shows) and microphone all adjusted to produce a pleasant (not ear crashing) volume.

You may wish to introduce Bob at the beginning of the show but thereafter he takes over and runs the whole event. You can relax and enjoy the show
