The work of the Choir, which began in 1945 came to an end at Christmas 2003 with a concert of praise to a packed Westminster Central Hall. The London Emmanuel Choir is grateful to all those who have supported it in so many ways over the 58 years it has ministered and proclaimed the gospel message in word and song. Details of new ministries which have grown from the work of the Choir, which involve former choir members and which carry forward the work of singing the gospel are given further down this page.
You can still purchase audio-tapes, CDs, Videocassettes and DVD of the London Emmanuel Choir from:

There was a service of celebration and remembrance for the life of Muriel Shepherd on Saturday 29 September 2007 at 2.30pm at Westminster Chapel, Buckingham Gate, London. The service was a fitting tribute to the life and work of Mrs Shepherd. Many former members of the London Emmanuel Choir came together to sing songs from the choir's repertoire, there were moving tributes and the whole afternoon was in celebration style: we feel sure she would have approved.

You can obtain an order form, which you can print, for a copy of the CD of the afternoon's programme by pressing here.

If you would like to be a part of this group or require further details, please contact Alan Crosskey 01702-713504

Bob Eagle was the accompanist for the Choir. He has now developed a series of solo gospel concerts. Press here for more information about Bob's gospel concerts mainly in the South-East of England. These light gospel concerts are especially designed for churches who want to invite friends from the community along to a social event with a gospel challenge. Bob combines singing, piano playing, even a touch of ventriloquism, with some observations, some lighthearted some serious, about the spiritual dimension of life. No sermon and nothing heavy. The evening consists of gospel songs and light entertaining music for a relaxing enjoyable non-threatening evening with an evangelistic element.

For further information about songs which have been written by Bob press here.
